Welcome to Wahda's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). Here you can find answers to common questions about our waitlist program, missions, rewards, and launch timeline.

1 What is Wahda waitlist?

The waitlist is early access program where users can sign up before the official app launch, explore Wahda earlier, and participate in missions for rewards.

2 When will Wahda launch?

Pre-launch (waitlist starts): 9 May 2026 Early access: 1 July 2026 Beta launch: 1 August 2026 Official launch: 29 August 2026

3 Do all waitlist users get early access?

Yes, all users who join the waitlist will receive early access, up to 1 month before launch.

4 How does the waitlist system work?

Get your referral code
Complete missions
Invite friends using your code
Earn points and join the leaderboard
Have a chance to win rewards
Get early access

5 What missions are available?

Users can complete:

Complete profile (bio) - +5 points
Fun quiz + share on Instagram - +20 points
Quick survey - +25 points
Invite 20 family/friends via referral - bonus +450 points

6 When can I complete the mission?

All missions are available throughout the waitlist period: 9 May – 30 July 2026

7 What rewards can I get?

Every waitlisted users/creators have a chance to win two types of rewards:

Weekly - $100 gift cards for 10 winners each - will be selected based on weekly leaderboard
Grand prize - $1,000 cash for 1 winner - will be selected based on overall leaderboard

8 When are winners announced?

Weekly winners: Every Saturday starting from 16 May 2026 - 25 July 2026 Grand prize winner: 31 July 2026

9 When will rewards be delivered?

Gift cards: within 7 working days Cash prize: within 14 working days

10 In which channels winners are announced?

It will be announced via winners' registered email and Wahda's official Instagram account (@wahdaapp)

11 How often does the leaderboard reset?

Weekly leaderboard: resets every Friday (12:00 WIB Jakarta time) Overall leaderboard: accumulates throughout the campaign

12 Can I still win if I join late?

Yes, you can still compete for weekly rewards. However, earlier participation gives a better chance for the grand prize.

13 Where can I track my progress?

You can track:

Points
Missions
Referral activity - on your user/creator dashboard

14 I invited friends but didn’t get any points. Why?

Points are only awarded when:

Your friend joins the waitlist
They use your referral code correctly
