Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wahda pre-launch waitlist platform ("Platform"). By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1 About the Platform

The Wahda waitlist will be available from 9 May 2026 until the official public launch on 29 August 2026, which may be subject to change. It is open to the public worldwide with no country or demographic restrictions. The platform's purpose is to: • Measure interest in the Wahda app ahead of launch • Build a pre-launch user and creator community • Operate a gamified referral and mission program with weekly and grand prize rewards The Platform is operated on third-party hosting infrastructure and is distinct from the Wahda production application environment.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to register on the Platform. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You may only hold one account. Multiple accounts created to gain referral advantages will result in disqualification and termination.

3 Registration & Account

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. For general users, this includes name, email, country, phone number, and gender. For creators, this additionally includes content category or niche, and social media handles. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) by email to verify your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must notify us at help@wahda.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4 Referral Program

Both users and creators receive a unique referral code upon registration. When another person registers using your code, you earn points. The data captured from a referred sign-up is the same as any standard registration. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification: • Creating duplicate or fake accounts to generate referral points • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to inflate referral numbers • Purchasing, selling, or transferring referral codes or points • Any other method intended to manipulate the referral system Wahda reserves the right to audit referral activity and adjust, revoke, or void points at our sole discretion. Our decisions on point validity are final.

5 Missions & Point System

Points are awarded for the following activities (specific values are subject to change at our discretion): • Successful user referrals • Completing questionnaires • Profile completion milestones • Completing fun social media personality quiz • Other missions as introduced from time to time Point values, mission availability, and bonus events may be updated without prior notice. All point decisions made by Wahda are final and binding. Four missions are available to all registered users and creators: 1. Bio completion: input your date of birth and interests 2. Social media personality quiz: a shareable quiz result you may post to your own social media 3. Wahda quick survey: share what you're interested in and how Wahda can do better 4. Referral mission: reach 20 successful referrals using your referral code for bonus points Missions earn you points that contribute to your leaderboard ranking. Mission availability, point values, and bonus events may be updated at our discretion without prior notice.

6 Leaderboard & Prizes

6.1 Leaderboard Display

Your ranking is displayed publicly using your waitlist number only; your name and personal details are not publicly shown. Both a weekly leaderboard and a cumulative leaderboard are maintained with separate prize pools.

6.2 Reward & Prizes

Weekly reward: $100 gift card (awarded to 10 people per weekly leaderboard cycle, reset every Friday, 12.00 WIB UTC+7). Grand prize: $1,000 cash (awarded once to the first-place holder on the cumulative leaderboard at the close of the waitlist period). To be eligible for any prize you must: • Hold a verified account in good standing • Have complied with all program rules • Not have engaged in any prohibited conduct • Be reachable via the email address provided at registration Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated. The grand prize cash payment requires the winner to provide valid bank account details for processing. Wahda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel prizes at any time. Winners who do not respond within 7 calendar days of notification forfeit their prize, and an alternative winner may be selected.

7 Joining Wahda on WhatsApp

Wahda may operate Groups, Channels, and Communities on WhatsApp to engage with its users and creators. You are encouraged, but not required, to join the official Wahda WhatsApp spaces managed by the Wahda team. Participation is voluntary and subject to your separate consent. Members must: • Treat all members respectfully • Not post spam, misinformation, or prohibited content • Comply with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service Wahda reserves the right to remove any member from these WhatsApp spaces for conduct that violates these standards.

8 UAT Testing

A selection of users and creators on the waitlist may be invited to participate as User Acceptance Testers (UAT) during Wahda early access (1 July 2026). Selection is at the sole discretion of Wahda and may be based on factors including (but not limited to) engagement level, referral performance, profile completeness, and geographic distribution. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee selection as a UAT tester.

9 Community & Business Registration

The optional Community and Business registration forms are provided for organisations wishing to express interest in early access to Wahda community and business features. Submitting a form does not guarantee early access or any specific feature availability. Wahda will review submissions and contact applicants at its discretion.

10 Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, and design are the intellectual property of Wahda Limited. You may not reproduce or distribute Platform content without our prior written consent. Content you submit through missions or forms remains yours; you grant Wahda a limited licence to use it for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

11 Prohibited Conduct

Users are expected to engage with the Platform responsibly and in good faith. Any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or disruptive, whether directed at the Platform, other users, or third parties, is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to actions that compromise the security or integrity of the Platform, misrepresent your identity, or exploit the Platform for purposes beyond its intended use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably determine to be in violation of these standards, without prior notice.

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination: • Your access to the Platform will be revoked • Accumulated points and leaderboard rankings may be forfeited • Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

13 Availability, Liability & Indemnification

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where possible, we will give registered users reasonable advance notice of significant changes via email. By using the Platform, you agree to take responsibility for your own conduct and to hold Wahda harmless from any claims arising from your use of or actions on the Platform. Wahda is currently in an active development phase. As with any evolving platform, you may occasionally experience minor variations. Our team actively monitors platform performance to maintain the quality of your experience. If you notice anything that doesn't seem right, we encourage you to reach out to us at help@wahda.com.

14 General Legal Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wahda is incorporated. If a dispute arises, we'd always prefer to resolve it through open and honest conversation before any formal process; please reach out to us first at help@wahda.com. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains fully in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the complete agreement between you and Wahda regarding your use of the Platform.
